Terms of Use

INTRODUCTION

These Terms of Use are organized into two chapters: Chapter 1 (User Terms) governs your use of the MaxiGames.io gaming platform, and Chapter 2 (Partner Terms) governs partner distribution of games (if and when a partner program is offered).​
Chapter 1 and Chapter 2 are separate agreements and may be updated from time to time (together or separately).​

CHAPTER 1. USER TERMS

Article 1. General provisions

1.1. Service and operator
MaxiGames (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”) provides an online gaming platform available at https://maxigames.io (the “Service”).

1.2. Related policies
These User Terms apply along with any additional policies we publish on the Service, including (where available):

If a specific policy conflicts with these User Terms on a specific issue, the more specific policy will control for that issue.

1.3. Acceptance; electronic consent
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these User Terms.
Where the Service provides an “I Agree,” “Register,” “Submit,” or similar control, your action constitutes electronic acceptance of these User Terms.

1.4. Changes to these User Terms
We may update these User Terms at any time.
Changes take effect when posted on the Service (unless we state otherwise), and continued use of the Service after posting means you accept the updated User Terms.

1.5. Notices and emails
We may send you service-related communications (for example, security notices and account messages).
Where required by law, marketing messages will be sent only with appropriate consent, and you may opt out using the instructions provided in the message.

Article 2. Accounts and security

2.1. Accounts
To use certain features (including rating Games), you may need to create an account (an “Account”).
You agree to provide accurate information (to the extent requested) and to keep your Account information up to date.

2.2. No public comments / uploads (current feature set)
At this time, MaxiGames.io supports Account creation and Game ratings.
We do not currently offer public comments, forums, or user-uploaded content features, and we may add or remove features at our discretion.

2.3. Rating rules
You agree not to use ratings to:

  • Harass or target individuals or groups.
  • Manipulate ratings through automation, coordinated abuse, or misleading practices.
  • Violate applicable law or infringe third-party rights.

We may remove ratings and/or restrict rating functionality if we reasonably believe there is abuse, fraud, or a violation of these User Terms.

2.4. Account security
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your Account.
If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately at [email protected] and take steps to secure your Account.

2.5. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service (including your Account) if we reasonably believe you violated these User Terms, created risk to the Service or other users, or we must do so to comply with law or protect rights.
You may stop using the Service at any time.

Article 3. Service use; games; intellectual property

3.1. Eligibility; minors
You must have the legal capacity to accept these User Terms.
If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent/legal guardian, who is responsible for your use.

3.2. Games and availability
The Service provides access to browser-based games (the “Games”).
We may update, rotate, restrict, or remove Games and features at any time.

3.3. Intellectual property
The Service (including its software, design, branding, and content) is owned by or licensed to MaxiGames and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit the Service or Games except as expressly permitted by these User Terms or by written permission from MaxiGames.

3.4. Permitted personal use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and play Games for personal, non-commercial entertainment use, only as made available through the Service.

3.5. Prohibited activities
You must not:

  • Use bots, scripts, automation, or other methods to scrape the Service, inflate traffic, manipulate ratings, or interfere with normal operation.
  • Attempt to bypass security measures, access controls, or technical restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service or Games, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
  • Introduce malware, exploit vulnerabilities, or attempt unauthorized access to any system or Account.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or is abusive, deceptive, or harmful.

3.6. Copyright and takedown requests
If you believe content on MaxiGames.io infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact [email protected] with: (i) identification of the work, (ii) the URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material, (iii) your contact details, and (iv) a statement of good-faith belief and authority to act.
We may remove or restrict access to material alleged to be infringing and may take action against repeat infringers as required or appropriate.

Article 4. Disclaimers; limitation of liability

4.1. “As is” and “as available”
The Service and Games are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your expectations.

4.2. Device and security
You are responsible for your device, browser, and internet connection required to access the Service.
We do not guarantee that the Service or Games will be compatible with all devices or configurations.

4.3. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxiGames will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
If liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Article 5. Purchases

5.1. No in-game purchases (current model)
MaxiGames does not offer in-game purchases, portal currency, or paid digital items on the Service at this time.
If we introduce paid features in the future, we will publish additional terms and disclosures before purchases are enabled.

Article 6. Governing law; disputes; contact

6.1. Governing law
These User Terms (and any dispute or claim arising from them) are governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

6.2. Venue and jurisdiction
You agree that disputes related to these User Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

CHAPTER 2. PARTNER TERMS (NOT CURRENTLY OFFERED)

MaxiGames does not currently operate a partner distribution, embedding, or publishing program for third-party websites, developers, or publishers.
If MaxiGames introduces a partner program in the future, Chapter 2 will be replaced or supplemented with active Partner Terms, and participation will require explicit acceptance during partner registration.
