Takedown Notice Submission

This process helps us review claims responsibly and fairly, with respect for both rightsholders and the party whose content is reported.
Before you submit
By submitting a Takedown Notice, you confirm that:
- You have a good-faith belief that the reported content is not authorized by the rightsholder, the rightsholder’s agent, or the law.
- The information in your notice is accurate and complete, and you are the rightsholder or authorized to act on the rightsholder’s behalf.
- You understand that submitting false or misleading notices may result in legal consequences under applicable law.
If you are not sure whether the material you are reporting is infringing, you may want to consult an attorney before submitting a notice.
We may warn parties who repeatedly submit unfounded complaints, and we may temporarily suspend processing of further submissions where we reasonably determine the process is being abused.
What to include in your notice
To help us assess and process your request, please provide:
- Your full legal name (and the rightsholder’s name, if you are a representative/agent).
- Your contact details (email address is required; you may also include phone number and mailing address).
- A clear identification of the intellectual property you believe is being infringed (for example: the copyrighted work, trademark registration, or other protected material).
- A clear identification of the allegedly infringing content on MaxiGames.io (please include the game name and direct URL(s)).
- A specific description of what you believe is infringing and where it appears (for example: “character artwork on level select screen,” “logo in loading screen,” “music track in level 3”).
- Any additional information that may help us verify your claim (please do not include confidential, restricted, or sensitive information unless necessary).
What happens after you submit
After submission, our team will review your notice and may contact you for clarification or additional information. If appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the reported content and/or take other actions under our policies.
